The half yearly examinations for the session  2009-2010 for all classes from class III to XI and pre board examinations for classes X And XII were held from the 10^th of December 09.

 

The results for classes X and XII were declared on the 22^nd of December and an Open day was held on the same day.

 

Extra classes were held for all the subjects of classes X and XII during the winter break on the 23^rd ,24^th ,30^th and 31^st of December.

 

Study materials as prepared by the Sangathan and question banks prepared by the teachers have been given to the board class students.

 

 

1.12.09 - Aids Day was celebrated  through Inter house  Skit, Quiz and poster making competitions. On this occasion a speech  on AIDS awareness was delivered by Smt. D.N. Karnani, Principal KV Ojhar.

 

4.12.09- Inter house group dance competition  marked the culmination of CCA programs for the session 2009-2010

 

11.12.09   - Parents of classes IX and X were invited at the Nalanda Hall for  orientation into CBSE Examination Reforms and CCE .Later an AEP advocacy program was also conducted for all  the parents.

 

15.12.09 KVS Foundation day was celebrated in a befitting manner. The chief guest was Sri N.K. Jain Retired EO,KVS and recipient of President’s gold medal

 

Later in the day VMC meeting was also held and a brief presentation of CCe and CBSE Examination reforms was also given by the Principal.

 

In the Cyber Olympiad 2009 six students of the vidyalaya received gold medals. Master Sagar Jha of class XI was selected for the second round.

 

Four students of the vidyalaya received certificates of merit in the junior maths Olympiad conducted by the KVS.Master Vikas Singh bagged the second position in Mumbai region and master Ashyay Verma ,who attended the training camp as KV Mankhurd is selected for the next round.

 

A proud contingent of six students of the vidyalaya represented the KVS in the SGFI 2009 at Delhi.

Grand Parents Day was celebrated in a befitting manner. The grand parents of Primary section children were warmly received and felicitated
